Paddle is Teslemetry's merchant of record and payment processor. They handle all subscriptions, payments, and tax obligations for Teslemetry.
Tesla plans to charge for access to the Tesla Fleet API in the future, but we are not sure when or how much. Until this becomes clear, we are unable to offer subscriptions longer than 3 months.
Using the Teslemetry console, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and can pause your subscription after the trial period has ended.
Your subscription will be setup immediately but you will not be charged until the end of the trial period. You can cancel during your trial to avoid being charged.
Teslemetry is priced in USD and converted to your local currency. The price may vary due to currency conversion. You can choose to be charged in USD if you would prefer your payment method to handle any conversion.
