Teslemetry's billing is flexible for many different uses, but generally you must have a Teslemetry subscription, a Vehicle Stream subscription for each vehicle, and buy Command credits as required.

Tesla charges Teslemetry for every streaming telemetry signal sent. This cost is passed on to you as the vehicle access subscription which provides unmetered access to this data for each vehicle.

Tesla charges Teslemetry for every command that is executed on your vehicle. You do not need command credits if you only want to access streaming data.

Paddle is Teslemetry's merchant of record and payment processor. They handle all subscriptions, payments, and tax obligations for Teslemetry.

Legacy vehicles are Model S and Model X vehicles running an up to date firmware that do not support Fleet Telemetry.

The vehicle_data endpoint is now pay-per-use, and will consume 2 credits per request. Legacy vehicles are exempt from this cost.

You can change or cancel your subscription using the Teslemetry console. You cannot downgrade to a shorter billing cycle.

Your subscription will be setup immediately and you will have full access to all features for 7 days, including 500 command credits. At the end of your trial period your selected subscription cycle will start.

Except for AUD, Teslemetry is priced in USD and converted to your local currency. The price may vary due to currency conversion.
